The maximum rolling force is 10000KN, the maximum opening degree is 600mm, and the pressing accuracy is ±0.25mm.Meet the nickel alloy, valve steel, hot die steel and other steel opening rolling.

The Danelli High Line

Including 24 mill and finishing mill set, production specification range Ф5.0-34mm wire and large coil, with stepping furnace,to meet the requirements of a variety of materials rolling production.

Double module rolling mill

Including 4 reducing mill, increase the wire rod size accuracy, can control the diameter of Ф5.0-15mm diameter range of wire rod ellipticity below 0.15mm, can meet the requirements of straight mill.

Roller bottom annealing furnace

The temperature range of production process is 450-950°C, and the temperature uniformity in the furnace is good.The temperature difference between the upper and lower 10mm of the workpiece can be controlled within ±5°C,which can meet the requirements of high performance annealing of die steel and special stainless steel.

Ring solid furnace

The process temperature range is 700-1100℃, which can meet the solution treatment requirements of most stainless steels,and obtain uniform and stable structure and properties of products.

Top Hat Annealing Furnace

Nitrogen to protect the atmosphere, furnace temperature uniformity is good, temperature fluctuation within 10℃,meet the requirements of various steel performance stability and decarbonization layer control.
